Good one July 14, 2007 Reviewer:  cindy See all my reviews >

I love this. This unit compares very well with other designer units with double the price.

Nice for the price April 28, 2008 Reviewer:  Amanda McGowan "Amanda" Real Name (Sonoma, CA)  See all my reviews >

This is a nice unit for the price. I shopped for quite awhile, looking in the $300 price range up to the $1500 price range. This won't look like you spent a ton of money, but it is sturdy and sleek-looking for $300. It took about 5 hours to put together and a drill, since the holes were not drilled in deep enough to actually use. One door is a bit crooked because the holes were misaligned, but only noticeable if you look for it. I'm satisfied but might spend more money next time to get a higher quality product.

Happy with this choice October 10, 2007 Reviewer:  Lori MSP See all my reviews >

Nice finish and color. One split piece of trim on inside, and a couple dings, but they are fixable. Pretty easy to assemble, but it took 3 hours.

This is not wood. November 13, 2009 Reviewer:  K. Holt Real Name (Napa, CA)  See all my reviews >

Despite the description, this is not "wood construction" it's veneered particle board. The only actual wood parts are the legs and the doors. The top arrived severely damaged (even though the box was intact--why is the most important piece on the bottom of the box?), and now I have to wait a month to get a replacement. I'd send the whole thing back, but I don't think I could figure out how to put it all back in the box! Very disappointing.

Heavy and easy to build June 24, 2009 Reviewer:  New Stepmom (Phoenix, AZ)  See all my reviews >

This is a very heavy piece of funiture. Which I was glad about. Since it was pre fab I was worried that it would be chinzy. But they were all solid pieces. The only major concern is building it. Which can take an hour or two. I had no problem assembling it with my husband. The instructions were accurate and the hole all lined up. The hardest part was getting the doors to hang right, which just required a few screw adjustments and about ten minutes time to finish both. On the whole, this unit now seems a bit small for what we need and we may need to find something for more storage. We have a DVD player, surround sound stereo/tuner, PS2, and a 300 CD changer. Which all fit in the various compartments (the CD changer took a little tweak). But there's no room for anything else, like our DVD collection or various other electronic devices that we stored in our old entertainment center.
